I cann't quite believe next week is HOYS where has the year gone? and to boot Harry turns One on Wednesday, always going to be a busy week for us not great timing!. I am very much looking forward to HOYS, with both Monkey and Basil in the same class, it will be a bit of a nail bitting time, but all good fun! Monkey leaves us after HOYS to head to his new home in Scotland, we wish Stuart all the very best. Basil comes home for some hunting to have a change of scene. I have seen the new book about HOYS called "Under the Spotlight" it's a great read, featuring some of the great and the good of the cob world, one for the coffee table! We will have a busy winter with the new recruites for next season, no rest for the wicked!. I wish you all well for HOYS, who knows what will be...................

We were very pleased with our three year old cob Mr Thomas Pink, who won several classes and went Champion at both the National Championships and CHAPS. The Judge at the National Championships remarked that "he reminded him of his cob Grandstand" a great accolade and big shoes to get near!. We look forward to having him out under saddle next year as a novice.
